Will your parents or family members be joining you for the concurrent Parent & Family program? MSU will be offering a separate but concurrent Parent & Family program for family members of students attending STATE Days. This is an optional program that allows family members to learn about how to support their student throughout the college search process.

Will you be staying on campus during STATE Days? During STATE Days, free lodging is provided to students and family members. This is your opportunity to stay in an MSU residence hall before you head off to college! You will have the option to either stay with your family or room with another student. You will be rooming with a student of the same gender though you may be placed on a co-ed floor. A standard room has 2 beds. If you would like to inquire about the possibility of a gender neutral housing option, please contact orientation@montana.edu.

Please note that if you elect to stay on campus, housing will be provided only for the night of August 1. If you would like to request to stay on campus the night of July 31, please reach out to orientation@montana.edu
